Drunken White Lasagna (Vegetarian)

oh my, this ended up dangerous. i think i need to try this more often with different veggies like leeks, portabellos, fresh tomatoes, etc. the amounts are all approximate. i just threw this together. resist the urge to use dried basil or powdery kraft parmesan, they do NOT taste the same. you could probably freeze this, pre-assembled or partially cooked, just like most lasagna. -- posted by spiritussancto

" Ali's Chicken" Goat Cheese, Pesto, Basil, Sundried

I created this dish in honor of my best friend, Ali, and she now requests it every time i offer to us cook dinner. We met working at Carrabbas, and both equally adore the Chicken Bryan. This is our version of its infamous flavors :) I adapted from a few other recipes i read online that share the same concept and this is what i came up with. Healthified Easy No-Yeast Thin Pizza Crust

Avocado Pesto Sauce

This light and creamy pesto will go great with any pasta, on top of breaded and fried eggplant, grilled chicken, or even on top of salmon! It tastes great warmed up or even cold the next day.
