15% Grechetto

This wine displays a bright^?, very clear golden yellow colour. The nose^? has great personality with intense^?, clean^?, pleasing, refined and elegant opening hints of quince, banana, hawthorn and toasted wood followed by aromas of acacia, pineapple, honey^?, hazelnut, pear, grapefruit^? and coffee, all shrouded in rich minerality. The palate^? closely reflects the olfactory impression: a crisp^? entry^? however well balanced by alcohol^?, good body^? and most agreeable intense flavours^?. The finish^? is very persistent with lingering flavours of quince, banana, pineapple and grapefruit.

Chardonnay 25%, Pinot Noir 60%, Pinot Meunier 15%.

Appearance: brilliant straw yellow color with nuances of golden yellow, very bright^?, fine and persistent "perlage".
Nose^?: intense^?, clean^?, pleasing and elegant bouquet^? which, from the initial impression of yeast^? and bread crust^?, slowly reveals subtle hints of banana, hawthorn, quince, brioche, litchi, pear, grapefruit^?, hazelnut and plum^?.
Palate^?: good reflection of olfactory perceptions, with a crisp^? and lively entry^?, however well balanced by alcohol^?, good body^?, intense flavours^? and a lingering fruity^? and mineral^? aftertaste^?.

Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti, Chardonnay

Antique gold colour with amber hues. Very intense^?, complex^? and persistent nose^? with dried fruits, vanilla^?, orange^? peel aromas and flavours^?, hints of incense. On the palate^? sweet, full bodied, balanced and with a long finish^?.

80% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo
20% Chardonnay

Tenuous yellow colour with greenish reflections. Delicate bouquet^? and fragrant perfume, aromatic^? and very pleasant. An elegant finish^?, fresh and harmonious^? taste^?.

50% Chardonnay
35% Pinot Noir

Persistent trail of fine bubbles with a pale golden yellow colour. A lively wine, with good varietal^? expression, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear) and fresh, crusty bread. A fresh, fairly intense^? palate^?, well balanced with good length^?: undertones of ginger bread and fruit aromas.

The three grape varieties are selected for the Brut^? blend^? in proportions which may vary year to year: Pinot Noir (35 to 40%) for its strength and character, Pinot Meunier (35 to 40%) for its fruit and subtlety, and Chardonnay (22 to 25%) for its finesse and elegance^?. Reserve^? wines, stored separately by cru^?, account for 20 to 25% of the blend.
