Appearance: brilliant straw yellow color with nuances of golden yellow, very bright, fine and persistent “perlage�.
Nose: intense, clean, pleasing and elegant bouquet which, from the initial impression of yeast and bread crust, slowly reveals subtle hints of banana, hawthorn, quince, brioche, litchi, pear, grapefruit, hazelnut and plum.
Palate: good reflection of olfactory perceptions, with a crisp and lively entry, however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavours and a lingering fruity and mineral aftertaste.

Persistent trail of fine bubbles with a pale golden yellow colour. A lively wine, with good varietal expression, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear) and fresh, crusty bread. A fresh, fairly intense palate, well balanced with good length: undertones of ginger bread and fruit aromas.

The three grape varieties are selected for the Brut blend in proportions which may vary year to year: Pinot Noir (35 to 40%) for its strength and character, Pinot Meunier (35 to 40%) for its fruit and subtlety, and Chardonnay (22 to 25%) for its finesse and elegance. Reserve wines, stored separately by cru, account for 20 to 25% of the blend.

Appearance: Straw yellow colour, fine mousse.
Nose: Intense fresh fruit aromas, characteristic of Pinot grapes.
Palate: Fruity notes, mingled with the fragrance of fresh brioche, a sign of maturity.
