Azienda Olearia del Chianti was founded on February 28, 1984 in Panzano in Chianti (Firenze). It was a typical Italian family-run business but, in less than 10 years, it acquired a leading position among Tuscan companies thanks to the high quality of its products and to a captivating name. Its production plant covers about 4,500 m2. It is capable of producing and packing up to 20 tons of olive? oil? per day. The Company is able to offer to the final consumer a high quality product supported by a reliable and consistent level of service. Azienda Olearia del Chianti is involved in all aspects of oil production and trade: from crushing, storing and packing olive oil, to various marketing activities connected with olive oil.
Perception of full-bodied or ripe green? olive?, which can be accompanied by a scent of almond, artichoke, herbs with the presence of bitter or chilly notes, but always maintaining intense? perfumes and harmonious? sensations.

Tuscany is home to several varieties of olives?, such as Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino and Maurino. Frantoio olives are multicolored at harvest and give oil the typical Tuscan spice. Moraiolo olives are round?, cherry like multicolored olives that provide fruitiness to oil. The large, dark Leccino olives are not strong in flavour, but are responsible for the dense quality of some oil.
