Davide guarantees the highest quality and selects the products for use personally, many of which are cultivated organically and all of which are specially selected for production, concentrating on the highest quality and using only products strictly linked to the area of origin.

Pesto is an Italian sauce, generally attributed to the Liguria region of Northern Italy, specifically the city of Genoa (pesto alla Genovese). It has been known, in various forms, since Roman times, and probably originated in North Africa.

It is commonly used on breads and pasta, though its use is not restricted to these; the sauce is highly versatile. For example, it can be added to soup as a vegetarian alternative to cream as a thickener.
