Colomba pasquale, or "Easter dove", is the traditional Italian Easter cake. Colomba's principal ingredients are flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, orange peel, almonds and milk. With its soft and delicate texture and a golden crust that bespeaks a high nutritional value, it is a delight for the palate. All around the world, Colomba brings glad tidings, ending the Easter meal in happiness.

Wheat flour "00", Sugar, Eggs, Vegetable margarine, Candied orange peels, Natural yeast, Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Anhydrous butter, Glucose syrup, Vegetable oil, Malt cereal flour, Salt, Powdered milk, Flavours, Preservative: sorbic acid. Zabaione cream (10%): Sugar, Margarine, Marsala, White wine, Eggs, Flavouring.

Pack Size: 700g

Warm it up at a low heat for about half an hour. Perfect for breakfast with either tea or coffee. Also makes a great dessert alternative, especially when accompanied with one of the recommended sweet wines below.
