Estabilished in 1929 "Pietro Masini" Company represent nowadays one of the most important and solid realities of the whole Tuscan confectionary industry.
Still owned by the Masini Family, the Company bases it's productive philosophy on the attentive utilization of genuine and carefully selected raw materials.
Productive plant is located in Lastra a Signa, a city in the neighborhood of Florence. The factory is equipped with modern, reliable installations ensuring high productivity and a constant high-level product's quality, with the purpose to guarantee the maximum reliability to satisfy any request from important Customers either in terms of quantity or in terms of punctuality.
These biscotti? are traditionally enjoyed together with a good glass of Vin? Santo?. Any other dessert wine will also go well. And although it is common Tuscan tradition to dip the cookie into the Vin Santo, the creaters of these two products have expressed a desire for this to not occur, saying each product has its own unique tastes which should be enjoyed.... together but not together.
