Established in 1929 "Pietro Masini" represent nowadays one of the most important and solid realities of the whole Tuscan confectionery industry.

Still owned by the Masini Family, the company bases its productive philosophy on the thoughtful utilization of genuine and carefully selected raw materials.

Their production facilities are located in Lastra a Signa, in the proximity of Florence. The factory is equipped with modern, reliable installations ensuring high productivity and constant high quality in the finished product. This guarantees maximum reliability and customers’ satisfaction both in terms of quality and of delivery.

Born in the Tuscan countryside, these tasty biscuits were spread all over the world by the textile merchants of Prato, who were accustomed to offering them as gifts during their business travels. "Biscotti di Prato" is the original name of this speciality, known also as "Cantuccini alla Mandorla".

Fine wheat flour, Sugar, Almonds (17%), Egg yolk, Eggs, Butter, Honey, Partially skimmed milk, Raising Agents: (Ammonium bicarbonate, Sodium bicarbonate), Salt, Flavours, Vanillin.

Excellent on their own, for breakfast with espresso Coffee, cappuccino or (traditionally) dunked in Vin Santo after a meal.
