Every year wines which combine the most authentic traditions with the most modern innovations leave the cellars of Fontana Candida. In line with the historic Frascati of Vigneto? S. Teresa, Malvasia del Lazio and Cannellino, Fontana Candida can now offer the new Merlot and Kron wines.
Trebbiano Toscano 40 – 50%
Malvasia di Candida 30 – 40%
Malvasia del Lazio 10 – 30%
Hills surrounding Rome.
Soft? pressing of the grapes followed by separation from the skins, settling of the juice? and fermentation? at controlled temperature. Then the wie is left to mature until it is ready for bottling.
A very bright?, light straw-yellow colour. Intense?, harmonious? bouquet? with hints of apples and field flowers. The palate? is dry? and delicate, the flavours? exquisite and lingering.
12% alcohol? vol.
Excellent all purpose wine, perfect as an aperitif? and outstanding with pasta dishes, seafood and white meats.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
