100% Merlot
This vine variety has always been cultivated in Veneto, but it is only in the last few years that it has been fully appreciated. Selected clones that yield? richer grapes and lower production per vine were introduced.
Following the success of the Merlot grape worldwide, vinification? was also subjected to a fresh approach. The international taste?, which favours rounder, softer but still full-bodied wines, finds such qualities in this wine thanks to a careful vinification rounded off by malolactic fermentation?? and by the addition of some barrique?-matured wine.
