Originating in 1964 at Lazise, on the banks of Lake Garda, the House of Lamberti was the first to identify the right way to re-present the products of the Veneto and, in particular, those of Verona. Typical examples are Bardolino and Valpolicella, as well as Amarone. The white wines include Lugana, Soave and the leading semi-sparkler: Turà.

100% Merlot

This vine variety has always been cultivated in Veneto, but it is only in the last few years that it has been fully appreciated. Selected clones that yield richer grapes and lower production per vine were introduced.

Following the success of the Merlot grape worldwide, vinification was also subjected to a fresh approach. The international taste, which favours rounder, softer but still full-bodied wines, finds such qualities in this wine thanks to a careful vinification rounded off by malolactic fermentation and by the addition of some barrique-matured wine.

Bright ruby-red colour; herbaceous, vinous bouquet with a hint of raspberries. Balanced, dry, savoury and elegant taste. Round and ripe to the palate, soft full flavours.

12% alcohol vol.

Serve with savoury first courses, Italian cold cuts, pasta dishes, red meats, pork, poultry casseroles, matured cheese and any dish of the Italian cuisine.
