Originating in 1964 at Lazise, on the banks of Lake Garda, the House of Lamberti was the first to identify the right way to re-present the products of the Veneto and, in particular, those of Verona. Typical examples are Bardolino and Valpolicella, as well as Amarone. The white wines include Lugana, Soave and the leading semi-sparkler: Turà.

80% Garganega
20% Trebbiano di Soave

Vocated sites on the sunny hills of Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone in the Classico DOC zone. The vines are trained by the Pergola Veronese systems on well-exposed ground of volcanic origin with a preponderance of basalt-based rocks.

Grapes picked at the end of September, gently pressed, 40% of the must is macerated for 24 hours on the skins at 7-8°C. The remainder is vinified by the traditional white wine method. The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Dry, fruity wine. Pear and Apricot aromas. Pale yellow, with green colour hues, the bouquet is full and long and the flavour dry but soft with a refreshing touch of bitterness.

12% alcohol, 6.3 g/l total acidity, 3.15 pH, 2 g/l residual sugar, 19g/l dry extract.

Serve with light hors d'oeurves, delicate first courses, eggs and fish.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

1-2 years in bottles stored horizontally in cool, dark conditions.
