Sangiovese 92%
Canaiolo 5%
Colorino 3%

Classical red vinification with a period of maceration (skin contact) of about ten days. The wine completes its malolactic fermentation in the weeks following the racking. Before its release, it matures in bottles for at least three months.

Intense, ruby red colour. Extremely focused and aromatic nose, with fresh fruit and flower flavours. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with medium body and silky texture.

12% alcohol vol.

The wine represents a perfect match for fresh and seasoned cheeses, grilled or roast meats and will accompany any dish of the Italian Cuisine.

Serving temperature: 18°C.

Although already balanced and pleasant in the spring following the harvest, it can however be aged under suitable conditions and will develop elegantly.

Pack Size: 12 x 750 ml
