Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Rufina area.

Classical red vinification, with a 15 – 20 day period of maceration. The wine is then transferred to little French and American oak barrels at their second passage, generally on the January following the harvest, when the malolactic fermentation is almost at the end. Its stay in wood is about 14 months; after that, the wine is bottled, and then rested in bottle for about 3 months.
