100% Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C.

Vermentino is, as a rule, usually grown with the "alberello (small tree)" method, but in the new areas, the expanded form is preferred which guarantees a constant and abundant production. There are no particular pedoclimatic needs, even if it prefers soil which has been broken up by granite deterioration typical of the Gallura area, and from which a wine is obtained that is known for its refined quality.

Dry without being coarse, fresh and balanced in texture, very harmonious with a pleasant hint of almond which is appropriately persistent.

11,5% alcohol vol.

Ideal sundowner in summer and aperitif all year round. It can perfectly accompany all types of fish (in particular shell fish) and any light dish.

It should be drunk young, preferably within 2 years from vintage date.

Pack Size: 6 x 750 ml
