Under the guidance of its winemaker, Concezio Marulli, the company applies the most up-to-date wine-making technologies and implements a total quality control system throughout the entire production process.

The history of the Zaccagnini vinery is rooted in the passionate relationship between man and nature, wine and arts, celebrated year after year, in November, with "Uvarte".

Famous artists are invited and dedicate a label to the winery. These labels are part of a collection line.

100% Trebbiano.

Municipality of Catignano, Varano district - east-facing.

The grapes are softly crushed and vacuum pressed to extract free run juice; then the cold must is decanted and only the clear free-run juice is fermented at low temperature in new French oak barriques.

After malolactic fermentation the wine rests in new French Barriques for about 8 months. It is normally released for consumption the summer after the harvest.

Brilliant golden colour. Intense on the nose, with complex buttery overtones interwoven with honey and vanilla. Full bodied and harmonious, this wine makes an immediate impression on the palate, thanks also to its sophisticated backdrop of noble woods and balanced hints of vanilla. Its finish is very long with an enticing and lingering aftertaste.

Serving temperature 14°C.

13,5% alcohol per volume.

It matches to perfection rich fish dishes or white meats.
